Signs Of Wonder
Veil of Consciousness

Signs…

Have you ever experienced something that no one else would ever believe if you told him or her about it? If so, you and this site have something in common. What you have in common is a key to a mystery that people have been wondering about for centuries. Have you, at any time stopped to ponder the significance of why it is that you were the ultimate observer of a bizarre or unexplainable occurrence? The fundamental pondering of such an event would ultimately lead you to the question of why. If you can’t answer, then maybe it’s time for you to consider reasons that surround the why.

Joseph, the son of a Sheppard dreamed of the future when all  the stars of heaven would bow before him and submit to his rule.

Why?

Renowned philosophers of the past have concluded that reality is only experienced through physical human senses, site, touch, smell, taste, and hearing. Without these receptors, you would be unaware of what exists outside of your five senses. In essence, your reality is only capable of happening between the human mind and whatever can be filtered through physical receptors. Philosophy always ponders the plausibility of how reality manifests and is it actually true. What is truth? Truth is a concept that is shared as a common agreement between people. If you are in agreement with another mind, your experience or belief is now a plausible truth. Strength of agreement leads to the strength of that truth. Now, what about fact? A fact is something that has been objectively verified. It is something having real, demonstrable existence. Can anything be proven as fact which resides outside of the five senses? What about the sixth sense; feeling a weight in the room, the weight of a stare, the chill of danger? Thought cannot be measured, weighed, felt, heard, tasted, or smelled, so is it apart of the sixth sense and is thought something that resides beyond verifiable evidence? Is it tangible? We all have thoughts. Thoughts are universally accepted but can it be objectively verified? We all agree to the existence of thought. We’re all experiencing them, but what about other things that people experience?

Some people have never experienced such strange things that others may experience. Does the unshared experiences of the minority hold a weight over the whole of humanity because the majority are not experiencing the same things? Must the majority feel infringed upon because they have not witnessed obvious strangeness? The strangeness of what thoughts really are and the strangeness of perception. The obvious weight to the veil of our consciousness.

Gravity was once unnoticed by all of humanity because there was no name for its appearance. Until Newton gave it a name, what other person would have stumbled upon an explanation to the weight of such a presence? Newton didn’t understand the mechanics of gravity, only that it was. Einstein came along and took the concept of gravity to a new level of understanding. We’ve realized that gravity is an un-sensed force that has been introduced to the comprehension of human thought. Thank goodness our thoughts can wrap around the meaning of something our bodily senses can not interpret. We see the evidence of gravity but its existence is only considered through perception. It is something that exists outside of our five senses to which our thoughts can comprehend. Sight gives us clues to the whereabouts of its presence and like gravity, electromagnetic energy made its way into our creative comprehension, thus giving way to the radical inventions of the twentieth century. Time is also a construct of creative thinking because what we know of time is probably half of what it really is. Due to the pull of gravity, time slows and quickens. If you take two identical clocks and set them both at the same time and leave one laying on the ground and propel the other clock upward many miles into the sky, the clock that is furthest from the ground will tick slower. The further away from the pull of gravity, the slower time will flow. Time is only perception and like many things we see and think we understand, perception is pure thought, it is interchangeable. The world changes, based upon what we think.

As a child, I experienced a shift in thought concerning what time and thought is.

People often experience things that they don’t think anyone would believe. It so happens, that most of these people would never disregard these types of experiences if manifestation occurred in the presence of multiple observers. Beyond the scope of those who were present, who would believe the things that occurred? I’m going to share with you, events that became admissible due to the recognition of others who experienced strange moments with me.

This first story is one of many stories concerning my encounter with an epiphany of thought and beyond this there are other examples in the shift in perception that I will share with you. One of these moments occurred through my dream and not only did my dream change my perception, it changed the perception of others who shared this dream with me. Are dreams real? We all have them, so can they be considered a truth that occurs beyond our five senses? You decide.
